It’s too soon to comment on the durability of this product, but so far I am pleased with the nonstick capability and the overall heft and performance of the pan. Years ago, I bought a small nonstick ceramic saucepan that has a great interior coating, and it still works as well as the day I bought it in terms of the nonstick surface. I finally decided to buy a frying pan, even though I normally use cast-iron or my instant pot or Stainless steel in an effort to avoid toxic chemicals leading into my food, including the ones that have yet to be discovered as toxic. Hopefully this is as non-toxic as advertised in the long run, and it’s amazing to not have to use any kind of oil and be able to cook so easily in it. This cookware is so amazing and seriously I didn’t expect the quality when i ordered it but when it came and opened it oh my my it turns out a premium quality and worth the money. We made the switch to stainless steel pots and pans and we have been very happy with our purchase! I was anxious to make the switch from non stick because I wasn’t sure how cleaning would go but these have been very easy to clean! There’s been a couple times I thought I burnt something on the pans and it would take a lot of work to clean, but it just wiped right off! The pans are very solid and we love the grips on them.
