Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat. These are the very best non stick pans I’ve ever used. They also heat very evenly and maintain the heat the glass lid is a bonus especially when I’m cooking orzo with shrimp I can keep an eye on the shrimp so they don’t overcook. Mikek313. Mon Feb 09 2026
