This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality. It also shipped quickly and comprehensively in three boxes. It took a while to build, but if you have a socket wrench or a power tool you could do it in a few hours. Couldn’t be happier 1010. Jason. Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. I love that it adjusts to be able to work for me (5’3”) and my husband (6’3”). If you have the space, a leg press is a very effective lower body workout in a short amount of time.. Alison. Wylie, TX.
