The Otavia Collection is the exception to our rule. purist philosophy focuses on the creation of hand-made, high-end rugs. The Otavia Collection rugs are the single machine-woven exception that live up to our very high standards. The hand-finished rugs have a soft look and feel, beautiful patina, and are wonderfully pliable. The heavy rug pile is semi-plush and hand-knotted-like in quality, conveying the highest standard of quality that strives for.

good for the price! the nonslip backing could be a little better, but it's at least something. Also, as advertised we got two different carpet sizes in the "same" color and slightly color variation, but nothing we can't live with.. David. Newport, PA. Tue Jul 21 2026

This rug is what I was looking for, for my small living room. The color is closer to lilac which is exactly what I was looking for, the color and quality are beautiful. I highly recommend.. Shayla . Florida. Sat Oct 10 2026

Okay, so I give this five stars because I have been researching a wool type rug for months now and I can safely say I think this one hits the jackpot. Other wool rugs I have read that were the size I needed had negative reviews on color or pilling… even the way it was shipped, which was folded!!! There were no reviews on this and it’s over a thousand so I took a chance. First it caned ROLLED properly long ways.Woo good start! Second it’s I think like 40 percent polyester which I knew that fabric would bring a softness and sheen to the wool contrast… and it does! If you lay on it it’s not as soft as a synthetic but I knew that about wool rugs anyways. The color… other people who bought brown wool rugs said it picks up purple so I was worried about this one. It’s brown! In full light it’s brown, but I think certain lighting it can look purple which it’s fine it’s not that big of deal. If you had a very natural light area this will certainly pick up true brown. When it’s dimmed light it does have. Slight purple tinge but I just think that’s how brown wool rugs are now that I have one. It’s no big deal to me. Overall from other review pictures on brown wool rugs compared to this one… I mean this is exactly what I was looking for. In real life it’s a more deep brown, exactly what I wanted.. Amber. This indoor area rug adds a vibrant foundation to any room while simultaneously bringing it lots of modern style. Handwoven from wool, it comes in a bright, bold orange hue that stands out wherever you place it. A 0.44" pile height makes it great for a variety of locations, such as your living room, dining area, or bedroom. Plus, this rug is stain-resistant, so it's safe for homes with pets and kids. Even with a latex backing, we recommend rolling it out over a rug pad to keep it from slipping and sliding around.

I ordered two other rugs from Wayfair but needed a circular one also. I found exactly what I wanted and it matched perfectly.. Theresa Moore. Peru, NY. Tue Oct 27 2026
