Love this! I have a small kitchen and wanted an island I could use as a table. I looked at several before deciding on this one for the following reasons: 1. Drop leaf supported by solid brackets. 2. Trashcan door. 3. Fake marble top is more moisture-proof than others I looked at. 4. Locking wheels. 5. I didn't need an outlet on it. I put this together by myself (f,70). It took me most of a day as I leisurely assembled it. Instructions were good. I had one set of drawer slides backwards, but easily fixed. Piece (#37), that paper towel brackets go on, has holes different distances from the edges. Since you put this piece on while the table is upside down, the holes closest to the edges go closer to the floor (the top of the table). I had it backwards and the trashcan door hit the paper towel roll whenever I opened it. I was able to take things apart and flip it over. I had a little trouble getting the top seated properly, but with some pushing of the posterboard-like pieces (#14/#15), it slipped into place in the slot on the top. The bottom hinged door is slow close! I love having the extra storage space. It's very solid. I bought 2 bar stools to go with it. I couldn't be happier. Overall was pretty easy to put together and is pretty sturdy considering it's engineered wood. Only needed a second set of hands to put the top on the base. Only bad experience I had was not related to the item itself but the fact that my item was backordered and when it came back in stock they did not ship it.
