I am very disappointed in the quality and coloring of this rug. It arrived rolled tightly but lays on the floor like it was folded with many rumples that are stiff and not releasing with time. I am fearful that the rug will be a trip hazard. The color is true to the photo on the website from one side but completely different from the opposite direction. I don't know how I would return in original packaging as it was plastic that had to be cut the entire length to extract the rug.. Shane. CO. Thu Nov 07 2019
