Not exaggerating, I have ordered a about dozen rugs online and none of them were the same as the pictures so had to be returned. But finally this one is a keeper. It’s very plush and soft, and has a rich, almost velvet like appearance. Also, like velvet, it looks different in different light. The colors are vivid but not bright, if that makes sense. All in all I love this rug and it is as advertised. But I only gave it four stars because the “vintage” faded areas detract from its over all beauty. It would’ve been perfect without that. But finding a rug without the washed out color variations is nearly impossible these days. It’s also a bit over pixelated, but again, that seems to be standard these days.. Kristin. Eureka, CA.
