These chairs are very easy to assemble. They came with all necessary hardware, however you need a Phillips head screwdriver to attach cushion to chair base. These are quite heavy and the quality seems to be top notch. I love the swivel feature and the cushions are firm, but comfortable. I love the tile design! Well worth the price!!. Peter.
