It was delivered promptly. Came packaged nicely. Instructions for assembly were clear and concise. Took about an hour to assembly by myself. Did have a little help at the end. Needed help holding both ends to assemble. No complaints. I have yet to see how it sleeps, but it sits very comfortably. Color in person is very true to what was pictured on website. I needed something to sit on and an over night bed for guests. Bought Ordered the full size Barbados futon. It is a big piece of furniture but had the room for it. It is harder to operate than I thought it would be but plan for the guests to help me unfold and fold it. Love the drawers underneath. Super heavy Difficult to move from room to room as it doesn’t lock in either position well and is very heavy. Also difficult to to transition from couch to bed positions, (However I am used to doing things myself as I live alone). Doable for two people, but still difficult.
