A nice rug that, so far, resists pulls by dogs and cats that like to pick at other carpet types. Modern "splatter" design hides stains well. This was placed on top of other wall-to-wall carpeting in a Family Room setting. It slips a bit occasionally, so I'd would recommend a grip strip or two on the back to keep it in place.. David.
