Fan works well and was easy to assemble (took approximately 40 minutes for assembly with install without instructions). The remote it comes with has better functionality and responsiveness than most of the other fans I’ve installed, and can be wall mounted anywhere you like. Setup is perfect for any single switch with 2-wire, so you don’t need an additional switch to operate fanlight separately (Just don’t lose the remote). Light kit does not come with bulbs.
