Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using. These curtain rods just arrived and look great in our living room with our new curtains! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rod is a little cheaper looking than the beautiful finials. Obviously not a deal breaker, since the rod is mostly covered anyway. And just a note, the metallic highlights on the cocoa color are more golden. In the photos, they looked reddish brown/coppery. Still a gorgeous finial and still worked in my room.
