Really happy with this sofa overall — the quality feels solid and it looks great in the room. It ships in 6 pieces with zero assembly instructions, so putting it together is a bit of a puzzle, though not overly complicated. Only downside: my cats love to scratch at it.. Andrea. Dallas, Texas. This couch is very soft and comfy. Smaller than expected but it will serve its purpose in the den. My daughter loves it. I still will give it 5 stars although one of the parts did not have the hole cut outs on the black part. I was able to find the hole located on the wood to insert the feet.. Jay. Fort Worth, TX. I think the couch is beautiful. The picture shows a couch that looks like you could sink in, and take a nap. This is not the couch for that. This couch is way to firm and the pillows are much smaller then on the website. I am disappointed. However not sure it is worth the price.. Joann. Sanibel, FL. Thu Nov 20 2025
