The rug feels like it's good quality. It is not shedding onto the floor but the vacuum cleaner is picking up a lot of fuzz. I didn't expect that from a hooked rug (the reason I opted for this one instead of tufted), so will have to see if that dies down.
I was surprised at how much olive and brown colors there are in the rug. It's not that it's not at pictured, but in the picture my eyes mostly focused on the teals and turquoises. I'm not in love with the amount of brown/olive, so I'm not in love with the rug... wish I'd gone with another I was looking at. That being said, the quality seems good so I decided to keep it and make it work in my space.
UPDATE 3 years later: Love this rug. It has really held up to the traumas of being in a child's nursery. It is good quality and I feel good knowing it's wool vs plastic/glue. The colors have ended up working out great and I'm overall very happy. I'm upgrading to a five star.
