UPDATE 1/8/2024: Issue has been resolved thanks to Wayfair Customer Service finally coming through and doing what they promised. They sent a replacement unit that appears to be more sturdy than the original. Updating to 4 stars because Wayfair ultimately made it right, even though it took more work than it should have. ——————————— UPDATE 12/28/2023: Issue is still not resovled after weeks of working with Wayfair. They refuse to stand behind this product or help me resolve my issue. They gave me two phone numbers for the manufacturer; one that went straight to voicemail, and another that was disconnected. Wayfair and the manufacturer continue to disregard my issue. They keep telling me "my happiness matters" but have done nothing productive to resolve my issue. ---------------- ORIGINAL Review: Metal frame is unstable and literally broke apart less than 8 months after purchase. Very disappointed with this product and with Wayfair. I contacted customer service, as no piece of furniture (metal at that) should break in such a short period of time. Wayfair would only provide me with a phone number for the manufacturer. They would not answer the phone and only allowed me to leave a voicemail.
