I received the Arlillian yesterday and spent a couple of hours last night putting it together. The first piece I tried to put it together it confused me, so I called customer service and with the help of Miranda, I was able to figure out how to piece the sectional together. The instructions are very simple and have photos, but I was over-thinking it and confusing myself. In the end, I put the entire thing together myself and it was actually a lot easier than I thought. The customer service I received when I first called for help was exceptional. Also, after I put the entire thing together I was left with these little metal pieces, I didn't know what they were for (at first) because there were no instructions, but I figured it out in the end, they are to hold the separate pieces together as one unit, they slip into the holes of the pieces that are side by side like anchors. That wasn't in the instructions, but it was not too hard to figure out. The sectional looks so good, I can't wait to get all the other pieces that will complete my living room. We just moved into a new house, so we are buying all new furniture. I'm looking forward to receiving the rugs I ordered, and because the customer service at Wayfair is so amazing, I'm going to buy a lot more items! I'm really pleased with this sectional and the customer service I received. They reassured me that if there was any problem whatsoever with any piece of the sectional they would replace it no problem at all. Thankfully there were no problems. I will upload a photo.
