Looks good, a very soft leather, heavy and stays put. It's the same height as my sofa (18") but I didn't take into account that when I sit on the sofa cushion, I'm actually a tad lower which raises my legs slightly above my hips. I needed an ottoman to go with a new sofa I purchsed a few weeks ago from a local store. However, the matching ottoman was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be available again. So I came to Wayfair and found this one on sale. Negatives first: The only downside I can see about this ottoman is that the color is not as gray as shown online. My sofais a light to medium gray, and I had hoped this ottoman would be a close match. Sadly it is not. It has undertones of a sort of blueish purple. The color may not match my sofa exactly, but it does go well with theaccents in my new wool rug that I purchased from Wayfair. However the fabric weave is very similar to my sofa weave, so it all sort of works together. Positives: assembly was easy! It did not require a second set of hands, for which I am glad. It is a sizable ottoman, so it does have weight to it. But it was not too heavy for my 57 year old self to remove from the box and assemble. Everything was well packaged in the box for ease of retreival. Also, it is the perfect height of my sofa. And the storage space inside is generous. I highly recommend this ottoman! It is well constructed and will likely last a very long time. My corgi also recommends it, as she has discovered the fun and comfort of hogging the new ottoman.. Anonymous. Willis, TX.
