Even though the exterior box was damaged, the interior box was fun and the product was well packed inside. There were a couple scratches on two of the panels near the top corners near each other. Not sure if that was a manufacturing error or if it was damaged while packing but overall it looks nice where we have it. I like the way the door looks, but it's not sturdy. Received the door well pack but opened it up and the bottom hinge is broken. I wish l the door frame was mental instead of a thin wood or if it had a thicker wood trim it wood be better. For what you have to pay for this door it's not worth it.
