Great product and once setup it is very easy to use. Looks good on the desk also. I got a little scared when one of the screws fell out of the bag, but I eventually found it in the box. My desk has a slight bezel which causes the mount to move a little when turning the main support arms. However, these arms do not need to be moved once in place, the gas shocks and swivel take care of the fine-tuning placement of the monitors. My only suggestion is that there are two screw clamps instead of one or a bracket that I can screw into my desk with 4 mounts instead of one giant screw.
