The Medium Duty High Performance Auto-Wrap Stretch Wrap Machine has a user friendly control center that provides workers with efficient control of the wrapping process. The state of the art digital control circuit allows the operator to set the number of pallet rotations and film wrapping patterns, with four (4) standard multifunction wrapping patterns. The operator simply ties off the film wrap on the carousel and presses the start button. When the unit has completed the wrapping process, the operator can simply cut film or use auto brake feature and remove the wrapped pallet. The powered carousel has variable speeds with a soft start and stop feature. Photocell sensors automatically adjust to different pallet heights.

The Electric/Hydraulic Box Dumper is designed for controlled dumping of material from boxes, crates, and other types of containers. It is designed for pallet truck loading and unloading. The retaining bar adjusts to accommodate a wide range of container heights. Each dump height has a hold down range and an internal power unit with a hand held control standard. It has a heavy-duty welded steel construction with protective mesh side screens included.

The Lift & Tilt Scissor Lift performs both lifting and tilting operations. There is a restraining chain and lip to keep the load in place during tilting. Safety features include: electric toe guard to protect worker from pinch points during lowering of table, velocity fuses to hold platform position in an event of a hose or fitting failure, four (4) push-button hand pendant control, upper limit switch to stop travel at maximum height reducing motor wear, and maintenance prop. The end tilt is standard with a side tilt available. There is optional accordion skirting available for both the lifting and tilting portions of the table.
