We have it installed. Haven’t bought the tv for it yet though. Shipping took a little longer than I expected. The box was banged up. It looks like someone took a utility knife (was not me) when trying to put the plastic cover in the clear window. So there is a visible groove down the right side from top to bottom. I don't think it will be extremely noticeable but won’t know until we get a tv in it. The holes to install it are far enough apart that only one side will hit a stud. So we had to work around that. Thoughtfully designed, affordable solution for outdoor television viewing in an uncovered area. This outdoor enclosure is heavy and well-made. It requires one person assembly, but I recommend installation be done with two people. I really like the fact that it came with a nice television mount eliminating the need to purchase it separately. It is easy enough to be opened and closed by an adult or older child and thoughtfully includes a lock to prevent theft of your television. The television mount telescopes outwardly and pivots to the left and right for various viewing angles. The enclosure is vented on the bottom and has an opening for electrical and cable supply giving you options on where you want your electrical supply to be. I would recommend a waterproof fabric cover for your television while it is stowed to prevent water intrusion during strong storms as this enclosure is not waterproof. We also caulked lines between the enclosure and the wall. We are opting to have an electrician, install an outlet in the area of the TV mount for a cleaner look and to eliminating any exposed wir.
