The faucets look great. I know it’s gonna look fantastic once they have been put in, but we’re still in the process and building this kitchen.. Donald. Sun Aug 09 2026

UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. For something used daily, the finish should last far longer — very disappointing and not worth the investment.. Jacqueline. Rodney, ON. Tue Jan 06 2026
