This Baking Scale By Ozeri is very high quality and works amazingly well. It is slim and made with tempered glass, but holds a large mixing bowl. It takes 4 AAA batteries which are included. It is easy to turn on and to switch back and forth from measurements. This was my first time using a scale and it’s so much easier using weight measurements than using utensils.
