I would give this a 5 for quality and a 5 for shipping. It comes very well double wrapped. Regarding the colors, I'm giving it a 4 because it was darker and not as vibrant like the one in the photo. It didn't have enough beige and too much gray to suit me. It's a good quality rug though. To be fair, it's very hard to get true colors in photos. Just be aware of that.. Joann Mcnamara. Phoenix, AZ.
