Seems well made and easy to put together. The flame sound isn’t realistic but one can turn it off and on. The flames could also be subtler but again a lot of choices. Margaret. Massachusetts. Sun Aug 02 2026

We purchased the SMART version of the Real Flame Malie and we love it! The fireplace is quality. It does not look cheap. I read through the review before we bought it and everyone was impressed with this fireplace and I have to say I agree. Setup took about two hours from unboxing to all in place and ready to go. The instructions and other reviewers emphasize not tightening the screws until the last step. This is important to get all the edges to line up perfectly! I was originally concerned that you would be able to see a gap at the edges because of the baseboard behind the unit, but you are unable to see the gap once it’s in place. The SMART version is definitely worth the upgrade to play with all the different colors and set an exact temperature. It also gives off great heat, but you can run it without the heat also. Definitely recommend this fireplace!. Lore. Leola, PA. Sun Nov 01 2026

We are enjoying our new faux fireplace. It was easy to assemble and adds to our space. Initially the heating component of it gave off an odor, but once that burned off (with open windows), we haven't noticed a smell. The heater takes the chill off in the morning. Nice to have an anti tip kit for safety. The mantel was heavier than expected, which was great to see. Comes in two heavy boxes.. Ashley. Hampton, NH. Sun Oct 18 2026

I love this so much! It was an early Christmas from my husband to me! It was fairly easy to put together although my husband did most of it while I held a light. We finished it in about 1-1.5 hours. It was difficult to align some of the holes but they all aligned really well. It feels very secure. The faux stone looks realistic and I am really happy with it! wood mantle looks real too. If you tap on the wood you will know it is not real. I logs inside the fireplace are realistic also. I can’t wait to decorate this space. I am very happy with this purchase can honestly say it is worth the price! Get it!. Kay. US. Fri Oct 30 2026
