PM. Directions exactly but after30-40 min with power on and paddle moving well I only got liquid with ice Crystals in it
Certainly not soft serve
First time only cold liquid second time placed icy towel around bottom and it got some Crystals.
Is it going to stay that way Have any suggestions. All ingredients were mixed and cold when used.
