The product is excellent. Sold by horrible sellers. The webpage description was erroneous, causing a wrong purchase. I took a screenshot of the wrong description. Just as well as the supplier (supposedly a nice Canadian company) told me I had ordered the wrong item and showed me a screenshot of the altered webpage description. Basically telling me I made a mistake so live with it. If I hadn't taken a screenshot they wouldn't have believed me. And the seller didn't offer me a refund but told me to get another of their product instead. When I tried to get a refund online, the website tried to get me to not have a refund but a discount if I kept the item. Then when I persisted for a refund, it insists on charging for the return postage. It made a horrible experience nightmarish. The sellers were frankly dishonest. The website for refund is awful.
