I received it on May 9th and put the box away. I was too busy to open it and put it together. I opened it and discovered it's head is detached. I know that nothing can be done as it's too late to ship it back. I used my hot glue gun and attempted to glue the head back on which is where it is right now and I can only hope that it stays on when the animatronic is actively turned on and moving.. Anonymous.
