I've purchased these in the past from you. They are inexpensive compared to other suppliers. With the lower price you get a poorer grade product. These pieces are not multi time use. Use them once, do not plan on using them on another project. Thin and poorly made. They do not match up with the track in terms of fit and finish. Our ceilings are 10 feet high, so perfection of fit is not as much an issue.
Problem with this order is one(so far) of the pieces is electrically burnt on the outside, this must be a return that was not inspected. I don't have the time to play complain and return so it's been placed in an area where the black burn marks are not visible.. Anonymous. Thu Feb 29 2024
