I love the quality of this chair. It is very sturdy and well made, packaged for great protection, and easy to assemble. Additionally, the variety of adjustments that can be made to the seat and back provide much flexibility to suit my needs. I love the ring on top of the roller supports as I use that all the time and find that extremely solid. I was surprised the seat was so very firm and am hoping it will soften with usage.
