These blinds are shipped at the exact width ordered with no factory deduction. For inside mount, measure the narrowest inside width of the window, subtract 1/4 inch, and round down to the nearest size. For outside mount, add 1 to 2 inches for better coverage.
Very nice clean looking for mini blinds! Such a luxury to be able to pull down and up without using the string. The dimmer stick turn effortlessly. Fit is perfect for these older windows! They are not completely darkening though as they have the holes where the string threads loop through.
The measuring was a little bit risky because our windows were kind of in half sizes for some, but I went with the same size for each window except the extra large window which needed two of a smaller size, but it all worked out perfectly.. Lisa. US. Thu Oct 15 2026
