Protect your floor and your family with a non-slip rug pad! The grip texture of rug pads prevents sliding, bunching, and slipping that not only looks bad but can damage floors and create a tripping hazard. The breathable, open-grid construction allows airflow through your rug to prevent foul-smelling mold, mildew, or harmful bacteria from building up and makes vacuuming a breeze. Installation is easy too – for common size rugs, just roll it out and lay your rug on top. For other sizes, simply cut-to-size with scissors.

Ideal for both hard surfaces and carpets, this thick rug pad adds significant cushion, prevents shifting, promotes the longevity of your rug, and is easily trimmed with scissors to fit underneath any size rug. Made in America.

I bought this 3' x 5' rug pad to try to get my area rug to stop inching it's way across my hall carpet. I received it in the time specified and it was as described on the web site. When I opened it there was no odor coming from the pad. I didn't have to cut it which was nice. After vacuuming both carpets I placed the pad between the carpet and the area rug. I had to look up how to put the pad - felt side down toward the carpet and rubber side against the area rug. A quick set-up sheet would have saved me some time and effort. The pad has added some cushion which makes it nicer to walk on. As for the traveling area rug, it has slowed down and only moves a centimeter or so a day. I'm hoping as the pad grips the carpet more, my area rug will stay where it's supposed to. Overall, it is worth the purchase.. Lynn O. Santa Cruz, CA. Wed Sep 02 2026

This rug pad provides a functional foundation for an area rug in high-traffic spaces like entryways, living rooms, or hallways. It features a woven texture that helps keep floor coverings in place while protecting the surfaces beneath. This piece is suitable for use on hardwood, laminate, linoleum, marble, and tile floors. The thin profile ensures it remains hidden beneath the rug without adding significant height. We also love that it is designed for indoor use to help prevent slipping and sliding during everyday activity.

The size was spot on and grips the hardwood floors and carpet well.. Sabrina. Apex, NC. Fri Sep 11 2026
