It was the correct part, however it was difficult to find the correct part number. My Kohler plumbed house is 40 years old with 4 baths and 1 half bath. When I previously needed parts Kohler had faucets, toilets, etc. listed by era which made it much easier to find the correct part number. With many calls and photos sent three times I finally got the right part. If Kohler still has an era parts listing please let me know how to find it. The part worked well.. G F Cudahy. New Mexico. My original solenoid failed after only 3 short years. This resolved my problem just fine, its just unfortunate that Grohe wouldn't uphold their warranty on a 3 year old part, because I lacked the proper paperwork. Other companies try a bit harder to take care of the end user in an attempt to build loyalty. I am not loyal to Grohe and will purchase other faucet systems in our future gyms.. Truf. Bellevue, WA.
