Rubber-Cal's Treadmill Equipment Floor Mat is a 3/16 inch thick recycled rolled rubber mat that is available in 2 sizes: a 4ft x 6.5ft and a 4ft x 7.5ft and is perfect for a variety of applications. Being that this material is made of 100% recycled rubber, this mat is a ecologically responsible product. This product is excellent for either indoor or outdoor applications due the high contents of EPDM (i.e. a UV/Ozone resistant elastomer) found in the recycled tire rubber. Recycled rubber is a superior material when trying to reduce noise, contain vibration, and absorb shock from treadmills and workout equipment. This product is specifically manufactured for durability and is designed for either residential or commercial applications. Moreover, the space age polyurethane based binder used during the manufacturing process enhances the anti-fatigue qualities found naturally in rubber. Each mat is fabricated from thousands of rubber granules and offers superior underfoot comfort and support along with the resilience to cushion the shock of running, exercising, walking and standing. One of the biggest concerns commonly associated with rubber matting is the installation. This mat weighs roughly 30lbs in a 48 inch x 90 inch roll and generally stays down under its own weight, especially after putting the treadmill on top of it; therefore there is no for permanent adhesives. This mat will make running on a treadmill at odd hours possible by reducing noise and vibration both in the room and the adjacent areas of the home or apartment.

Rubber-Cal's Wide Rib Corrugated Rubber is a 3mm thick virgin rolled rubber mat and runner that is available in either a 36-inch or a 48-inch width that offers excellent traction with wider grooves and protrusions. The surface pattern (which is comprised of wide ridges and valleys) is more prone to trapping and cleaning debris and liquids from heavy foot traffic while maximizing the ease of cleaning and comfort. Wide Rib Corrugated Rubber is designed for light to medium foot traffic where traction and increased safety are needed and performs especially well in transient or temporary applications (e.g. wet aisle ways, catered parties, temporary walkways, etc...). The fabric base finish adds subsurface traction, keeping the runner's bottom surface secure to the floor. Since this product is made from virgin SBR it creates a completely watertight surface, offers moderate chemical resistance, and can be cleaned with most common household cleaners. Strong, highly caustic cleaning solutions (e.g. bleach) are not recommended. The lengthwise running corrugations inherently direct foot traffic as well as maintain a level of safety that is unmatchable by other runner products.

I use this rubber mat in my gazebo to keep the floor from getting wet when it rains and it does a great job of keeping the floor dry. Elizabeth. US. Sun May 17 2026
