Edit: Wayfair made this right, we now have a beautiful sofa that is functional! This is damaged. The mechanism tries to buckle when bringing it in from reclining. We purchased a couch and loveseat recently. The loveseat got damaged during delivery and Wayfair immediately corrected the situation for us. We love both items and the service was excellent.
