As another reviewer said, she would have given it less stars but the end result was good enough to redeem the overall score. Assembly was awful. Hands can't fit where the nut needs to go, etc. Directions required a clairvoyant. After an hour and a half on the first chair, we regrouped, got a needle nose vice grip and a few other tools to help get it done. We ended up being able to assemble each chair in an hour - but without these tools, it was miserable.
