The twin wheels allow for more surface area in contact with the floor and move in opposite directions to minimize carpet fiber twisting. The hooded composite wheels house the inner caster and further assures that they will never scuff or damage your carpets, hardwood, or laminated floors, unlike rubber or plastic wheels, which can leave unsightly black track marks. The gusset-reinforced wheels with steel axle technology are superior to any other wheel on the market.
