I actually enjoy slicing various meats with this knife. It is no longer a chore as this effortlessly slices through anything. I actually cooked a brisket specifically to use my new knife on to see if this was easier to use for large slices of meat. It was SO much better than using other knives I already own. And having the nice sora included is wonderful as many other brands don't include a blade guard with purchase for some reason.
