We didn’t have much wiggle room with the intended space so we were a little irritated when the length was over 4 inches longer than the dimensions said. We made it work and it came out nicely. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. We received this shed pretty quickly. We got it for our chickens to have a safe place at night and a warmer area in the winter. It is a great size. Love this shed, especially for the price! I wanted something that wasn’t too large since I have limited space, and this ended up being the perfect size. I looked at a ton of different sheds and spent a lot of time reading reviews before deciding on this one, and I’m glad I did. Assembly was very straightforward. My boyfriend put it together by himself in about three hours while I was at work and didn’t run into any issues. A couple of nice bonuses are that it comes with a floor and a lock, which saved me from having to buy those separately. I’ll probably add some hooks to the walls to make organizing tools a little easier, but overall it has plenty of room for what I need. The only downside I’ve noticed is that there isn’t a lot of airflow, so it can get pretty hot inside on warm days. That should be an easy fix with some added ventilation, though. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open.
