Bowl is fine, kind of a specific device or purpose type of toilet, so not lot to say. So far been happy with SaniFlow solution. Only gave it 4 stars because more of a reflection on the shipping. First one wasn't packaged very well and received in pieces. Wayfair process to replace it though was very good and quick was well packed on 2nd shipment. My first order every with Wayfair.. . David. First time ordering from Wayfair and the 5th time ordering this toilet. Yup, ordered this tank & toilet 4 times from the Big 'Blue' with each and every time it being cracked or in pieces. Whoever they had shipping it never put any indication it was 'Fragile' on any of the boxes. I'm so grateful Wayfair had it in stock and shipped it appropriately. It was because of other reviews stating it was shipped carefully, I took a chance. Glad I did!. Madeline. Reading, PA. Mon Jan 20 2020

This has worked very well, with the exception of a few times when it had to be reset -- not a bit deal, it just didn't have instructions on how to reset. We had to contact the company, they were very helpful.. Brian. Seattle, WA. Sat Apr 22 2017
