This modern collection seamlessly fuses the traditional craft of rug-making with fine art. Designed by Vaheed Taheri, the award-winning creative director of Vaheed Taheri Design, this abstract rug collection achieves visual appeal through the use of line, shape, and space.

Elongated leaf shapes in gold, ivory, orange, and teal, outlined in black, scatter across a gray field on this rug. Hand-tufted from wool, the 0.75-inch high-low pile sets each shape apart with sculpted edges. Suited to living rooms, bedrooms, and offices. Each rug is handmade over roughly four months, so slight variations in color and texture add to its character. A canvas backing helps the rug stay stable on the floor. Wool sheds lightly at first; vacuum without a beater bar and spot clean with a damp cloth.

Relaxing modern pattern with pastel colors. White is more ivory. Colors on photo quite accurate to live colors. Jan. Rye, NH. Fri Dec 01 2017

Staggered rectangles in black, brown, and beige form a tonal block pattern across this rug. Hand-tufted from wool, the 0.75-inch high-low pile lifts each shape above the surrounding field for subtle depth.

Lovely rug, very attractive. Thought the darker color was black, turns out to be deep purple, but decided to keep it anyway. Good quality, thick and looks wonderful in my dining room.. Elaine. Toronto, ON. Tue Feb 27 2018

This collection is the response to market demand for clean, transitional design in rugs that work equally well in modern and contemporary homes. Its unique purity and clarity of the color are achieved by selecting only the purest premium New Zealand wool as a canvas for their exciting new color palette. Many of the designs in this collection are accented with viscose for silky softness to outline patterns, and further highlight the softness of the wool.
