The rugs arrived tightly wrapped, as expected. However they were improperly folded and then wrapped creating a permanent crease in the largest rug. I was able to minimize damage using hot iron - tricky proposition since the rug melts under the heat. This is not average homeowner repair.. Ed. Holland, PA. Tue Sep 02 2014
