After some research on ideal table thickness, we settled on this 25mm ping pong table. It was worth the extra money for the thicker table. Plays really well. I was also really impressed with the way in which the table was packaged. MDF reinforced cardboard and bumpers for the corners. It arrived in perfect condition. It also took less than 30 minutes to put together. Just needed to attach the wheeled legs with a couple of bolts. You need two people to put it together and especially for flipping each half over after the wheels are installed. The metal surround is a nice touch too because the scoring mechanism is magnetic, so can be moved out of the way during play.
