I got this after using the larger version for a while, and I love it. (Before this, I fell for another brand backed by a famously bad-tempered chef, and Scanpan seems far superior at the same price point.) I love that it is heavy enough to hold heat well, and you can use any utensils (although I generally avoid metal out of long ingrained habit.) It cleans easily, and I can cook with little to no oil.
