The lounge chair arrived quickly. The box had some damage and there was a ding on the wood decking of the chaise but it does not bother me. Assembly was simple, required only the supplied allen wrench and a mallet, and was completed in 20 min. The chaise is low to the ground and sturdy. The head rest has 3 levels but it only elevates the head, not the full torso. The cushion is not reversible but it is machine washable. The cover zips on and off for laundering. The cushion is about 2 1/2" thick so the lounge feels firm but the head pillow is soft and plush. The cushion fabric seems thick and durable. It is a beautiful lounge chair.. Wendy. St Augustine, FL. These chairs are very high quality. The wood is beautiful and the cushions are high quality also. The cushions can be washed in the washing machine also. I ordered two of these and they came very well packaged each in two separate boxes. The assembly was easy however in each chair one screw would not go in. This shouldn't be a problem though because of how strong the wood is with all the other screws in. There was also a slight bow in the base on one side with each chair, but it is not very noticeable with the chair fully assembled. I hope to buy more pieces to make it a sectional for our patio. Very happy with this purchase because of the beautiful wood and simple design. They do sit very low to the ground and are great for lounging outdoors.. Amanda. OH. Tue Mar 31 2020

I love, love, love this chair! It is super sturdy and the color is beautiful. The assembly was tedious but not complicated. The upholstery, though white, is thick and will withstand outside conditions. It is easy to clean. I look forward to using these chairs for quite sometime.
