This product is hand-chiseled out of recycled steel oil drums by Haitian artisans using techniques first developed by Georges Liautaud in the late 1950s when he chalked out his first design on a flattened steel oil drum and then cut it out by hand with a mallet and chisel. As each piece is handmade, its final dimensions and finish may vary slightly.

This shell wall décor was small enough to fit into a small wall space. I liked that it was hand made, gives it a one-of-a-kind feel. And also that it was recycled is a plus. Looks nice paired with the clam shell wall décor.. Cheryl. Warren, MI. Thu Sep 12 2019

I paired this with the shell wall décor. Looks great!! It fits nicely in a small space. It was hand made from recycled old steel drums which makes it green!!. Cheryl. Warren, MI. Thu Sep 12 2019

This is a nice piece just thought it was gonna be bigger and there’s no hooks on the back to hang. Nice piece though.. Michelle. Waynesboro, PA. Tue Sep 10 2019
