Love the look, these were the exact deep emerald green shade that I was looking for and more affordable and then some of the other swivel chairs. This is dangerous, poorly made, and badly finished. The base is hollow, so the chair is top heavy. My cat can knock it over. The round base is glued plywood and mdf, painted like a high school theater prop. The gold banding at the edge is spray paint. There were dents in the brown base from the clamps where they glued in the mdf sticks that actually support any weight. I wasn't expecting much from this chair for the price, but it failed to meet even the basic requirements for being a chair. I do not recommend that anyone purchase this, unless you want a chair-like sculpture. Even the hex wrench sent with it for assembly was bad.
