This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This 2-Tier Bookcase balance classic, modern and farmhouse home décor style. It will perfectly fit in your home office, living room, library and study room for books and documents storage. The bookcase is not pure white, the surface is wook-like pattern, and it attached very well on the board. The touch feeling is smooth, and it will be stain-resistant, just wipe with wet cloth could take good care of it.

Exceeded expectations. Very well built, and sturdy. I did go with the “cherry”, I was worried about getting anything cherry, because I don’t like that red undertone, however, it’s actually more of a very dark brown. It goes great with our floors. The assembly instructions were definitely built for someone who needs someone holding their hand to build it lol I’m 42 years old, and built this alone. Normally my husband builds everything, but I wanted to surprise him. I was able to build this in 1h15m by myself. The only thing I really did was watch a three minute video on the correct way to use a cam lock. Other than that, the instructions were very straightforward, and it even came with extra parts. My only suggestion is to clean out the cam lock holes before putting them in. Some of the holes had some wood debris. I just used the flathead to gently clean them up.. Alana. Spring, TX. This bookcase was exactly what I hoped for. I ordered 3 and was a bit nervous because another reviewer advised against trying to put multiple cases next to one another because they were reportedly crooked. However, I took a chance and hired someone to assemble them for me and they look fantastic next to one another!
