A decorative artist for many years, Melissa is best known for reproducing Tudor wall paintings, but her style and inspiration are eclectic and diverse. She hand paints fabrics and interiors, and designs printed textiles and wallpapers. She also paints on plaster using her own "fresco secco" technique of aging and distressing the paintwork. This has become her signature patina.
