I cannot give a review because I did not unwrap this rug. I literally tried to cancel this order 5 mins after ordering it, because I found other rugs, I liked better. When Wayfair attempted to cancel the order, the seller would not allow it. However, the rug didn't ship until almost 2 weeks later. Wayfair was willing to waive the return fees. Needless, this just caused me unnecessary hassle. I will probably not order from this seller, Red Barrel Studios, again. In my opinion this was poor customer service.. Tammy. US. Thu Jan 25 2024
